Our agents are fully trained and licensed, have a good understanding of legislations, we will prepare all the tenancy documents accordingly with the residential tenancy legislation.

Property Maintenance
Property depreciates unfortunately. At Dux Properties, we conduct periodic Routine Maintenance Inspections on regular basis and report back to landlord on maintenance issues. To always make sure your property in a good condition, this will be eventually appreciated on rent.
Insurance Claim and NCAT Attendance
When something unexpected happens, we will act on behalf of landlord to handle insurance claims and attend NCAT hearings to minimize client's losses.
